Wordless Wednesday, (Almost)  A Sunset to Make Me Stop

As I was making my way home this evening, after a particularly testing day, hungry and just a touch irritable, I looked towards the horizon at just the right time to allow for a quick view and to crack a smile.

I pulled over and took the photo of an almost perfect sunset. The sky was brilliant with the reds and it was so peaceful and pleasant to see.

Maybe it wasn't such a bad day after all.

That is such a great picture. Sometimes I want to just pull over and take a picture, too.

Ed - thanks for sharing that sunset!  I needed that too.  I would elaborate, but I probably would get in trouble for telling the truth.  Hope the rest of the week goes more smoothly for you!

Hi Ed, Certainly looks like a beautiful end of the day. So I think it was not a bad day after all.

Ed, That's the one major drawback to living surrounded by woods.  We never get clear sunrise/sunset views.  I have to be out and about to see them, and this time of year that's a rarity that the timing lines up.

Good morning Ed. Funny how that works. Just nature can make us stop and marvel. Great picture and terrific insight.

Edk,

That sunset looks like a big floodlight getting you to stop and take notice.

When it comes to transitioning, whether its through buying or selling, you're the man who has the light!

I worked in a place that provided the most gorgeous sunrises on the road in front of me each morning.  But when I would return home each evening, I had the most gorgeous sunsets.  It made the days seem like I was moving to nature's rhythm.  Nice photo, Ed!
