Paperless?

The Miami MLS is going to a paperless system, other have done it.  I'm looking for feedback.

Are you using a paperless transaction system?  Which one?  What do you like about it?  What don't you like about it?  What are you paying for the system?

Any thoughts?

Our administration staff with MLS have been paperless for about 4-5 yrs.... it's great for them... although we STILL have all the paperwork for the clients and the title/escrow companies to perform our jobs.  In Colo we still required to hold onto our files for 5 yrs... time to work them into a scan and electronic folder!

Thanks for responding, Dan.  Which system does your MLS use?
