I'll Buy Your House Now! All Cash!! Buy My House! $200K Under Market Value!

Real Estate Agent with Intero Real Estate Services, San Jose, Silicon Valley 01505493

You see them everyday as you are waiting at the light. Can I really make a steal on that
house? Will they really pay cash upfront for my house in only a few days? Well, what do you
think? The old adage, it seems too good to be true, is well, true.

These are scams, normally perpetrated by con artists and thieves.

Take a look at this PSA from the Santa Clara County DA's office, and see for yourself.

There have been many real estate scams over the years (swamp land, anyone?), and there will continue to be.
Make sure you discuss any sale of purchase with a licensed Realtor.

it is so true. Those signs are everywhere.

Cash for house~ cash for car~ cash for title~ cash for gold~ etc.

Why people don't remember good old '' If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.''!

I know, right? It seems with all that happened with lending scams people would think twice. but that's what makes people so interesting :)
