Henderson Home Sales: Financing by Price Range - July 2012
Out of 440 single-family homes sold in Henderson Nevada in July, 172 (39.1%) were cash sales, up from 37.8% in June. Conventional loans were close behind as a second choice, as buyers and investors recognize the tremendous values in the Henderson market and feel comfortable in taking larger equity positions.
