Albuquerque Bosque
One doesn’t have to wait for the weekend to enjoy the Albuquerque Bosque. Anytime you take a hike, bike or stroll along the banks of the Rio Grande you can count on Mother Nature to greet you.

Excellent Post...The Bosque is a great treasure for Albuquerque and New Mexico. Let's hope that the City will continue to preserve this area for years to come.
John, I had never heard the term "bosque" so I just had to look it up: Bosque is the name for areas of gallery forest found along the riparian flood plains of stream and river banks in the southwestern United States. It derives its name from the Spanish word for woodlands. I found that on Wikipedia. Thanks for the new word of the day!!!!!
