Market Update for August 2012 in Springfield Lakes Chandler, Arizona
There have been no sales since June. There are currently 2 homes Active in Springfield Lakes. Both are foreclosures. One is 1838 sq. ft. listed for $259,900 and the other is 2386 sq. ft. listed at $214,900. Both have been on the market for some time so my guess is they are overpriced. We have 3 homes that are pending or AWC which is active with contingencies. That basically says they have an offer but are waiting for the banks to approve it. These range from 2197 sq. ft. listed at $200,000 up to 3115 sq. ft. listed at $250,000. All three are short sales. So, it will be interesting to see what the bank will accept and how long it will take. Springfield Lakes needs homes to sell!
