How Do Your Clients Remember You?

We are supposed to live in the most technologically advanced society to date.  The latest devices and systems developed and touted to make our lives less complicated and give us more hours in the day.  In theory that is correct but in practice we have created a society of individuals who have lost the art of conversation, common courtesy and social skills needed to function in the real world.  We can’t underestimate the importance of having a heartfelt conversation with another human being, it will strengthen relationships and build trust.  Email and text messages do not interpret sentiment in the same manor and the overall tone can be misconstrued.

 

While technology has its place in our lives, our First American office and each team member has made a point to overcome the ‘black eye’ the real estate industry has been wearing for the last several years. We want every person we interact with to know that they are VERY important to us and that we CARE.  This detail is carried throughout every aspect of our communication with clients, their customers and other industry professionals we work with on a regular basis.  Did we take the time to introduce ourselves to all members of the transaction?  How was the clients experience throughout the process?  How were the clients greeted upon entering our office?  Did our customer service efforts produce a loyal repeat customer for First American and for the Realtor / Lender who entrusted us with their transaction?

 

The real estate industry is fast paced and chaotic at times.  Sending a text message to save a few minutes in the day isn’t going to cut it in the long run.  We simply MUST take the time to pay attention to the details others may overlook. I feel we are able to create memorable experiences for our clients  because our Senior Management team took the time to make their employees feel valued and important to them.
