This Woodglen home in Thornton CO was sold by Joan Cox - Metro Brokers House to Home and the sellers can now move to the Western Slope of Colorado.
With my marketing and on-line advertising, this home had many showings in a few days, multiple offers and a couple back-up offers. This home was located in a cul-de-sac with a .25 acre and no HOA covenants which is highly desired by most buyers. The sellers were a little sad to leave the home they spent so much of their lives in, but would like to be closer to their grand kids.
