Anita, I remember those days (more than a decade ago) it was hard to get the list of the homes ONLINE that has 3 car garages. Eventually I settled with 2-car garage home - but you got an excellent 'niche'...homes with 3+ car garage! (And it may be easier to rank high or be on page#1 on Google for these terms...)

This is a really interesting targeted blog.  I've had people focus on schools, views, home styles, but never the number of garage spaces (at least not enough to think about blogging).  I'll try this and see what happens.
