We are approaching the fourth quarter of the year and have been discussing which projects will be undertaken to expand service for our clients. Our goal is always the same…to continue to improve communication with present and past clients, prospects and our sphere of influence.
Here are three of our projects.
1. Leslie’s Flyers We anticipate great success with keeping our listings front of mind with the terrific flyers that Leslie prepares using our Publisher Program and photos we’ve taken of the listings. They give us a chance to break out of the MLS mold by giving each listing personal attention and allowing the personality of each house to shine through. We coordinate with the Executive Director of our MLS to email each real estate agent in our membership with the flyers, keeping the listing fresh and easy to refer to.
2. Listing Blog Posts During the fourth quarter, each of our listings will have an individual blog post created making it easier to email a little something special to floor calls and leads from our website. We wanted the listing presentation for prospects to be different from the run of the mill “MLS Sheets”. For example, check this one out on Holly Hills Road in Sylva. They are a good tool to promote conversation about not only the listing but the services we provide as well. It is also something that the sellers can provide their acquaintances with an easy link to.
3. Community Table Food Drive We will again participate with our local “Community Table” in Sylva to collect non perishable food for families in need in Jackson County. Just like last year, we will build upon the invitation list for friends, past and present clients and business associates in our area to join MoonDancer Realty at the Dillsboro Lights and Luminaries Festival the first two weekends in December. Last year everyone brought a terrific variety of foods and household items to contribute. It was a wonderful way to stay in touch with everyone and accomplish a worthy goal at the same time.
We always look forward to any opportunity that keeps us engaged with not only our buyers and sellers but also with the other people in our lives who matter to us. I am grateful to Loreena Yeo for creating this challenge prompting us to be specific for ourselves and others as we determine how to approach this final quarter of the year.
