Yesterday, I received over 14 phone calls on my cell phone - sounds great right? Business is booming!!! But, two of the calls really stood out. One was from Sarah Palin and the other was from former president Bill Clinton - I'm so special!!!!
Seriously, I don't like to get political in a public forum, but this is not to trash any one entity. This is about the entire DO NOT CALL list and the EXEMPTIONS from the political parties. I checked into this - these calls ARE exempt from the do not call lists. Why? Well, who do you think put that do not call thing together? You got it - the politicians.
Sorry, this did turn into a rant, but really? 14 politically motivated calls in one day? You're using MY minutes, my time, interrupting MY business calls because of the call waiting feature, etc. And, despite looking on the internet, I don't know how to get off your D*%^@$#!ed lists!!!!
If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. As for Sarah and Bill, if you want to call me personally and not with a taped "please vote for my candidate", you have my number.
