In the beautiful, sun-drenched island paradise of Key West, every day is a party, so a special occasion is sure to be an extravaganza! This year’s Labor Day weekend is no exception. The 3rd Annual Key West BrewFest promises to be one of the most exciting events of the season!
The fun starts on Thursday, August 30th, with the Beer School and Educational Seminar at 2:00 p.m. at the Southernmost on the Beach Hotel, followed by the Kick-off Party at 5:00 p.m. at the Smokin' Tuna Saloon. The Kick-off Party features live music, specialty beer tasting, fine cigars, and the famous Smokin' Tuna Dip and other delicious food. Save room - because that is just the beginning! You will not want to miss the JDL's Big Ten Pub Beer Dinner at 6:00 p.m. or the Cigar City Brewing 4-Course Dinner at 2 Cents at 7:00 p.m., where award-winning beers are paired with custom dishes to create the perfect culinary partnership. Finish off the evening with the After Party at the Porch, starting at 9:00 p.m.
Friday's party kicks off at 10:00 a.m. with a Beer Seminar at the Restaurant Store. Spend the afternoon at Florida Beer Company's Pool Party at the Southernmost Hotel in the USA, then hang out at the Sloppy Joes BrewFest Party - Meet the Brewer Tap Takeover and the Drink like a Local Tap Takeover at Krawl Off Duval for a full night of Key West fun. Friday night’s Key West dinner options include Finnegan's Wake Beer Dinner and the Kona Beer 5-Course Dinner at the Southernmost Beach Cafe.
Saturday, September 1st promises another whole day of BrewFest fun, starting with another Beer Seminar at the Restaurant Store at 10:00 a.m. and a four-course Beer Brunch at Finnegan's Wake. After the Tailgate Party at JDL's Big Ten Pub, afternoon and evening activities include the Key West BrewFest Signature Tasting Festival on South Beach, the BrewFest After Party at the Porch, the After Party at Willie T's, and the After Party at the Green Parrot.
The party continues on Sunday, September 2nd, with the first annual Brunch n' Brew at Casa Marina, the Sloppy Joe's BrewFest Party - Meet the Brewer Tap Takeover, and Sam Adams Beer Dinner at the Southernmost Beach Cafe. The Key West BrewFest party winds down to a close on Monday with the Southernmost Beach Café Breakfast Beer Specials from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. and Bingo at the Green Parrot Monday evening at 7:00 p.m.
