Hey Everyone!!

Well, in my opinion, its breaking out here in the Myrtle Beach Market!! We are seeing spikes in everything. if you have any clients that might be interested in this area I think we are now in that stage where things are definitely shaping up. for awhile our market has been put to the test of stability and I think we are past that. Now is the time to get those clients property at a good value.

Hey Gary- same here- Carteret County ! I am excited, off to a good start this year. 2 listings sold in the last 24 hrs with one having multiple offers. Both sales cash buyers. One buyer NY, the other in state. Are you seeing northerner activity or is it local ??? Our phones are ringing, appointments being made and truthfully- prices are just about where they need to be----Horray!
