It's time to pass another milestone. 400,000 points! I missed the 300K milestone, but today it's more obvious so I'm engaged. It seems like I just started blogging, but it has actually been 18 months. A full 
year and a half has gone by and it has been very fruitful.
Of course, I love the points, the featured blogs, the education and the knowledge gained and implemented. The relationships have been awesome. I've met some great people online, and that number is expanding in person. I am often wildly entertained by the clever and hilarious posts many of the Active Rain family share. It's always a great respite from the day to day routine of making a living.
The one thing I didn't really fully understand when this whole blogging thing got started was the impact it would have on my business. It has bolstered my business greatly, and it continues to grow through my online presence. I learned the mechanics of how to do that through Active Rain.
So, AR, thanks for the ride, and here's to the next 400K. I trust it will be as exciting as the first pile of numbers were. And just when I think I've run out of things to write about, ten new topics come to mind. So, barring a complete dearth of thought, I'll keep blogging.
