The gradual increase we’ve been seeing in the number of available single family homes in the Almaden Valley inventory has reversed itself, sliding from 70 last week to 65 this week. The percentage of listings that are under contract increased slightly, from 45% to 46% over the same time period. We are now at the same levels we were around 4 weeks ago. That is GREAT news for sellers! Buyers are still actively taking advantage to the historically low interest rates.
