Faster trip to those Home Inspections in Carson City and Lake Tahoe

Home Inspector with Certified Structure Inspector IOS #1730, EA #30

As someone that has to drive all over for work I have to say that I’m pretty happy to
see the new 580 open. I often travel to
Carson City and around Lake Tahoe for Home Inspections and Energy Audits. Anything that makes the commute faster for me is welcomed. I was able to drive on the new portion on my way to an inspection the first day it opened. I believe it was quite a bit faster. I’m not sure how much faster but the next time I drive on it I’m going to try and figure out how much of a time savings it is. Maybe it will allow me to leave the house a little later. I can get those last few e-mails in before I get on the road.

Rob, my parents had a motel in South Shore for a few years while I was growing up and I used to drive all over that area. While it was beautiful country it wan't easy getting around. This is music to my ears. I'd better get up there and take the tour again. Thanks for point this out.

Mike it is pretty nice to have the new route. Eventually it will connect to 50 and then the trip up to the Tahoe will be even faster. I hope your adding EEM's on top of those 203k loans.

Rob, we made an attempt to do so, but we have been unsuccessful. I've been able to use the EEM two cases to save the deal but other than that we've been unsuccessful. I keep it EEM button on my website in hopes that someone will give it a shot. Our problem is been that are bigger lenders don't want to touch it for some reason. They are okay with doing the EEM by itself they just don't want piggyback on  a 203K. Have you been doing a lot of EEM work in your area. M
