Open House events can get pretty hectic, especially when you have multiple interested parties. One common mistake agents make is trying to juggle and engage too many people at once. At the end, you loose all leads. Here are three tips to keep in mind this weekend:

1. If you engage with a buyer, stay with that buyer and give him/her your full attention.

2. Bring an assistant or co-show the property with another agent.

3. If another buyer wants your attention, kindly ask to have them come back or schedule a time where you can meet with them privately so you can give them your undivided attention.

 

 

People don't like feeling ignored or pushed aside. Give each person your full attention and respect; afterall they did take the time to visit your open house and ask you questions (which are very good buying signals)!
