The Anchorage Condos are located at 350 Grovers Avenue in the Black Rock section of Bridgeport, Connecticut This direct waterfront gated community has an in-ground pool and is built around a beautiful courtyard with water views.
There are a total of 68 units in 12 buildings. Building 1 has the only garage parking, the others have reserved parking spaces in the parking lots. Four buildings have two units in them. Most of the units are one or two bedroom units, but four units have three bedrooms, the rest have one or two bedroom.
There are also direct townhouse units with carports, some of them are located on direct waterfront and have spectacular views. All units have gas heat. This is a gated community with two entrances to the parking lots, two entrances to the garage parking, and one pedestrian entrance.
There is a beautiful in-ground pool with a cabana with changing rooms and rest rooms located in the center of the courtyard. Beyond the pool there is a pedestrian dock and fabulous water views of Black Rock Harbor and Fayerweather lighthouse. There are community clambakes and pool socials, but no clubhouse.
Until recently absolutely no pets have been allowed at all, but there is word that the Board is considering a change of policy. Sales and rentals at this complex are not common as there is not much turnover.
