Would You Like Bank of America to Pay You Cash to Do a Short Sale?

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

bank of america cooperative short saleI'm a rare Sacramento short sale agent who loves Bank of America short sales. It's not that I love Bank of America -- although I do own Bank of America stock -- as much as I love doing Bank of America short sales. In particular, I am very fond of Bank of America Cooperative Short Sales. If I spot a seller who qualifies for a Cooperative Short Sale, you can bet I will try to slip her or him into the Cooperative Short Sale program.

It's always a surprise to sellers when I explain that they will get paid if they are accepted into the Cooperative Short Sale program. It sounds foreign and weird to people to hear that. Like there's something wrong with it. And there sorta is but that's neither here nor there.

Read more about a Bank of America Cooperative Short Sale. It's karma, man.

Interesting that you mentioned that most of your business is online or via the phone and not in person.

I swear Elizabeth, only you could tie short-sales together with finding Nirvana at the edge of a lily pond!  But, the idea of Bank of America paying cash to do a short-sale, almost seems like it!

I'm telling you guys, doing a Bank of America Cooperative Short Sale is the way to go, if you can swing it. It's great great for the sellers. They are thrilled. You end up being a hero, especially in situations in which they couldn't have done a short sale any other way because of no hardship.
