Here's what you need to know. Boomsday is a great festival, taking place on Sunday, September 2, from 1 pm - 10 pm, along Neyland Drive at Volunteer Landing. Live music, contests, food, a Family Fun Zone, all lead up to an amazing fireworks display at 9 pm. Believe me, you won't be disappointed.
The City of Knoxville also lists road closures for Boomsday 2012. Do take note of these closures, as well as parking areas, to make sure you have a great time at Boomsday 2012.
