Motivational Power Quote

Retool – Refresh or Fall Behind

“Only those who constantly retool themselves stand a chance of staying employed in years ahead.”

Tom Peters, author, management expert

As I see it . . . . . . .

Retool – refresh or fall behind

The business world and the real estate industry are moving and changing at a rapid speed. We will have to stay ahead of the learning curve or risk falling behind.

Old outdated methods will no longer cut it . . . . Or be a benefit to you or your customers.

The continuous retooling and sharpening of your skills and methods is no longer an option in a changing business environment it becomes a must.

The shifting distress market issues, staying abreast of financing, the appraisal issues, the shift to cash buyers, the impact of international buyers and investors and the list goes on.

Today the consumers are better informed and more knowledgeable about the real estate process. Your customers are looking for experts to assist them in the real estate sales process.

A seminar or a workshop can become invaluable and well worth the investment of time.

Reading online newsletters can become a valuable source of information.

Achieving a designation can result in greater knowledge and addition income.

A good self-help book or audio program can stimulate your thinking.

You are your business . . . . An investing of one hour a day in your professional development will pay a huge dividend over time. When you do it consistently you will become an expert in your profession.

Retool – refresh or fall behind . . . . Choose to retool and refresh and to become a leader in your profession. Standout or fall behind the choice is yours..
