I am happy to see that the market is recovering in Southern Idaho. In 2010 Even I was begging to buy into the story that I could not make it in Real Estate, Because things were bad. I made a mind change and started focusing on creating leads and talking to 6o to 80 people per day. I have found that Real Estate in Idaho Falls and Pocatello has really started moving forward. I am seeing that values has become stable in many area's, and in different price ranges. People are searching every day online and in Real Estate Books.
What I have learned is that the market is what you believe it is. When I started just working on my business instead of just being in the business, My life changed.
