Endre, Our market is rapidly changing. The high-end started moving around last October. I just sold and closed my $4,600,000 property listing in only 6-months. That is probably the highest sold over the last 5+ years. However there are currently a $15 million and a $7million listing that have offers on them right now.
If we continue to sell 3.2 per month (priced over $1.5 mil), it will take 22 months to sell all 70 currently listed.
I.e., 22 months supply.
