Pisgah National Forest has earned a growing reputation for some of the best mountain biking trails in the U.S. The Pisgah Mountain Bike Stage Race is a five-day, fully supported endurance event that offers an unmatched canvasser of some of the best single-track in the country. The course includes the East’s most rugged trails and totals 28,000 feet of climbing over 195 miles. Unearth riding in Pisgah Forest, North Carolina with rhododendron tunnels, photographic creek crossings, vivid leaf colors, and rooty, rocky single-track.
This race is certainly appealing to the international crowd this year with 25% of the participants coming from outside of the country and 14 from the United States!. We have racers coming from the Netherlands, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, Saint Marteen, two Canadian provinces (New Brunswick and Quebec).
