Horse/Equestrian Properties w/ Stables & Residential Amenities, LAND /Acreage (100-500 Acres), Luxury Residential Properties on at Least 5 Acres, and to taking a close look at stats on ALL THE 2007 CLOSED LISTINGS in the Asheville Board of REALTORS® Market Area.
That last bit could be fun for some of you. ...and so let's begin there...
