There were lots of people listening live that were saying things like 'I'm totally abandoning how I marketed to expireds before and switching to Laura's model'. It's been a huge success and he credits it with pushing his team over the edge on the way to total market dominance in Champaigne. In his RainCamp session Ryan shares some of the secrets to his radio ads including the calls to action he uses and how he has been able to pay for 30 second spots and ends up getting about 3 times that amount of air time.
