She takes the approach of quality over quantity when deciding which expired listings she is going to target. Ryan has been a real estate agent for about 6 years and he recently started using radio advertising to drive seller leads to his business. It's been a huge success and he credits it with pushing his team over the edge on the way to total market dominance in Champaigne. In his RainCamp session Ryan shares some of the secrets to his radio ads including the calls to action he uses and how he has been able to pay for 30 second spots and ends up getting about 3 times that amount of air time.
