Sometimes a Heartfelt Thank You is Much Better than a Testimonial
Oh sure, I love my testimonials, especially the video ones that show everyone just how I am the most fantastic San Antonio TX Realtor® ever! I love to be able to point to possible new San Antonio TX home buyers and San Antonio TX home sellers just what I terrific job I will do to bring them through the home buying or home selling process.
But...
Today I was pleasantly surprised and really grateful to get such a wonderful and heartfelt thank you card and gift card from one of my clients that I just sold her home in Cibolo TX. It truly brought home to me just how we can have an impact on someones life especially if during their transaction, we show them that we really and truly are there for them.
Being a Realtor® and helping someone sell a home or find a home can be such a wonderful journey. It truly is an honor when someone hires me and trusts me to bring them through the process and knows that I will do everything in my power to make that transaction go as smooth as possible.
And this card that one of my favorite sellers sent me, reminded me of that. In truth, she was such a wonderful client to work with and listened to me and trusted me to take care of everything for her. She is an out of state seller and I know that can be tough not being right here to make sure that everything was going smoothly. I had her back though :)!
So, although I love when I get a testimonial, this Heartfelt Thank You was so much better.
