I can't sing, dance or play a musical instrument (outside the radio that is.) In fact when asked what I do for fun the only thing that comes to mind is WORK..and spending time with my kids. What kind of person says "work"....I need a hobby.

Hence the reason for this post maybe someone can give me an idea of some hobbies I could consider. (Please don't say Golf....those clubs are like weapons to me..much to hazardous for me! ) LOL! Please post away! Can't wait to see what this brings.

Do what you enjoy most! Play with your kids! If they are not around too much use your 'hobby' time for writing and researching what to write....then blog. It could turn into more business for you in the long run!

Joslyn - Don't hurt me, but I'm saying Golf... I thought the same thing until I took a lesson, now I'm hooked. I also love shooting sporting clays, they say it's golf with a gun. Sorry there is a trend here. I also love to read.... there is nothing better than a hot cup of tea and a good book. I hope that you find what you are looking for.

I play golf and love it ,but me and my husband ride a tandem bike and we have alot fun. Biking is something you could do with your children. I think my problem is that I like doing so many diferent things I have a hard time deciding which activity to do golf, biking, gardening, reading, cooking,swimming, sewing and on and on.

Vicki-That's a great idea...we even have a major bike trail going through our county. I really need to make time to try some of these things. Keep the ideas coming!

Joslyn~I'm with Cynthia, scrapbooking. I love it! That reminds me I need to catch up on it too. Scrapbooking brings out a story, a song, and a dance in your life and when you open up that book, you relive that moment as if it were happening all over again.
