Hello Julia -- nice presentation of this Fairfield CT beach area home. The staging by Nestings is highlighted by the abundant windows -- I like that there are no window coverings -- really makes the rooms seem especially attractive to me. Nicely done as usual.

Dang, wish I'd thought of that, Michael - they had the windows professionally cleaned, too!

Peg - I did provide some accessories and art to add more of a coastal feel. With everything else they did to prepare thishouse for sale, we did not have the kitchen cabinets painted. The floor is actually darker than it it looks in the photos, so it works really well with the cabinets. We did change out the hardware to oil-rubbed bronze, though.
