Know What You DO 101

By

Have you ever had that feeling, or have said to yourself "I wish I would have known" Its just the worst feeling in the world, it really is. Even in my young career I've said it a few times. Some opportunities present themselves and others not so much. How do we know what a true opportunity is? Well, you have to do your  homework. Like Trump said himself "know everything about what you do" Its true, think about it. How many people do you know or are affiliated with that just dont know. These people just go along like the wind. For those of you that are involved in this industry know 9 out of 10 fail.  You have to know what you do and be confident about doing your business. I think we need to do a better job of this as awhole. Being Educated about what we do = seeing more opportunities. we will continue this issue alittle later on but for now, lets do an easy practice.  Look into finding the value of 2br 2ba condo that is either new or newer. That has around 1100 Sqft and is not an ocean front condo. Once you gain a knoweledge of what those values are I want you to goto www.eagleresorts.com and look at eagle cove and see if it presents it self as a opportunity or an educated opportunity.

Either way, you win!!

How fast can one learn "everything" about doing real estate?

I'm ready to hit that mark...LOL

Seems like every day is a lesson, every transaction is unique.

I guess I'm going to have to settle for learning as fast as it comes at me, with a little tangential targeted preparation on the side.
