I hope that your 2012 business has been good, that all the hard work you put into your business plan has paid your dividends.....and if so I hope it continues. If it has or not, then maybe it is time to kick off 2013 "right now" as waiting until January will put you 90 days behind to start your new year.
Planning for my business has led me to understand that any new Client will be at least 90 days until I realize my income from that Client, some come earlier and some later but the average has held to the 90 days.....meaning if I did not plan and have that plan in place by October 1st then I am starting to eat into my new years income already.
I am not saying a plan to implement January 1, 2013......I am talking about putting that 2013 plan into action by October 1, 2012......and adding that along with all that I am doing now to finish my 2012 plan.
No matter where you are in your 2012 plan......good or bad, NOW is the time to ensure 2013 is up and running......productive and profitable.
