No time restrictions with regards to holding the investment property before "flipping"

Your investor clients will appreciate the work you do before presenting the opportunity to them.

Hi Valerie,

We see many of the same strategies here in California as well.  People get spooked by it, but they need to look at the other side of the coin.  It creates a tremendous buying opportunity for those who have been patiently waiting for the market to correct.  Now is their time!
