 4. Water Quantity testing: A four hour flow test will be sufficient. In all cases, wells used as a potable water supply must yield a minimum of 2.5 gallons per minute.

 5.Real Estate Transfer Requirements: As of now, Medway, MA does not have any real estate transfer requirements posted. However we strongly suggest getting the water quality and quantity tested to show you are getting a clean, safe, and usable well.

We deal with a lot of homes serviced well water here in south Jersey at the shore.  In addition, Ocean County well water standards exceed state mandates.  It's important to have a quality well water service...if I lived in Massachusetts or New Hampshire I'd have Northeast Water Wells on speed dial!
