Hi Chris & Dick & John - Thanks for stopping by - I hope your weekend is off to a good start. Our MLS does make some charts and graphs available, but they're not very good and they don't cover what I need - these are all done in Excel, with raw data imported from MLS.
Dick, These visuals really tell the story that the market is on the rebound.
You are the chart man...goo goo a choo. Another great report showing the marke in Windsor, Colorado. And, the news is good...all point in the positive direction.
Hi Dick -- sales up, inventory up -- sounds like an ideal market for buyers to take advantage of some great interest rate and still have some choices. For sellers -- activity means that buyers are finding and buying homes in the area -- sounds like as close to perfect as you can get in Windsor Colorado.
Seems to me postitive news for your local market. And I love how you do the charts via Excel!
