Unleash The Photographer Inside You

By
Education & Training with Steve Hoffacker LLC

You can take your own real estate photos for websites, blogs, listings, flyers - and avoid the hassel of scheduling around a professional photographer, paying for something you can do yourself, and the time to edit shots since you can use them right our of the camera.

Join me tomorrow to learn how!

Here's a reblog of Scott Stroud's email blast from earlier today:

The very first thing your prospects look at on your website, in your literature or on your Facebook page are your photographs.  Compelling, well-framed pictures tell stories - they allow buyers to see themselves living your home.

Pictures sell - they are worth more than 1000 words, they're money in the bank!

That's particularly true on the Internet, where prospects don't 'read' as much as they look.

The problem is that professional photographers are expensive.  And in many cases, even though you hire them to take they pictures, they retain ownership of their work; you just 'rent' the shots you want!

Their 'dirty little secret' is that they can demand a king's ransom for what they know, NOT for their fancy equipment.  In fact, if you knew and mastered just a few simple, easy to duplicate techniques, you could take eye-popping house shots with your iPhone... pictures that capture the imagination and emotions of your buyers - and that sell!

Steve Hoffacker is both a nationally known new home and real estate sales trainer AND a professional photographer.  If you don't follow Steve on Facebook, LinkedIn, Active Rain... well, you should.

Steve is absolutely convinced that anyone can take professional-level photographs (just like HE does!), and he's eager to share the simple techniques that will help you replace those stale old photos with compelling pictures that attract buyer's attention... and sell!

Join Steve and me on Thursday, September 6 at 2pm EST as we present 'Ready, Aim, Shoot: Digital Photography for Real Estate.'  In this one-hour webinar Steve will teach:Steve Hoffacker photographer.png

  • How to see and frame your shots for best results
  • Why 'lighting is everything'... and how to shoot with only natural light
  • Why you will never need Photoshop or other photo editing software

Steve, I dunno.  My broker pays a staff photographer who shoots all of our listings and puts together wonderful marketing materials for us, and we don't even have to pay for them.  I am a pretty decent shot, but I can't come near matching Piers for his results.  And they have gotten me many listings when I've been up against serious competition.  When I recently listed a property in another city, the otherwise wonderful agent really struggled with the photos.  Any time in the future when I am advising a client, I will check the photos first.
