The Delaware County Pennsylvania Historical Society has come up with a wonderful idea for a Fundraiser, the “Ride For History”, which is scheduled for Sunday September 30th.
Motorcycle riders and their passengers are invited to participate in this event that will start at Hannum’s Harley-Davidson in Chadds Ford, weave a route through historical sites in Delaware County, ending at Harrah’s Racetrack and Casino in Chester. 
Pre-registration will help you save a few bucks, but you can also show up the day of the event.
Bike registration begins at 9AM with the ride beginning at 10AM.
At the end of the bike ride there will be food, a bike show, contests and fun for everyone!
The funds raised from this “Ride For History” will help preserve the history and historical sites of Delaware County and help educate our youth and residents with programs that can instill an interest in the rich history of this wonderful county.
