In Middleton, you can purchase a home with zero down in Idaho. One that is special among Canyon County communities is Middleton, ID; because here you can use rural development for a zero down home purchase. These loans are called section 502 Loans and if you meet eligibility requirements, such as geographic and income requirements, then you can purchase a home for zero down. These loans are limited in Canyon County to the Middleton area and the other areas listed on the attached graphic.
