Oradell Homes For Sale Summary | August 2012 Market Report
This month saw 7 homes sold in Oradell compared with 12 sold in July, and is down from 8 sold in August last year.
With Summer winding down, and kids going back to school, it becomes a priority again for many to address their housing needs before the end of the year. Mortgage rate continue, as they have all summer, to be at historical lows. And although we are starting to see more buyer offers and multiple bids in Bergen County, there are still some great deals with low prices on homes to be had.
It continues to be a great time to buy, and for those sellers who couldn’t sell, it may just be the right time to consider putting their home back on the market
The Borough of Oradell, founded in 1894, gives an old time hometown feel, while still having its current charm!
Kinderkamack Road houses most of Oradell's commerce, but includes some quaint stores and establishments like the Bergen County Players Club, which hosts plays from local actors at good prices !
NFL legends Vince Lombardi, and Bill Parcells both lived in Oradell in the past !
