Back on July 9th, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau came up with a new 1,100 page proposal to harmonize the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and the Truth in Lending Act’s (TILA) disclosures, forms and procedures. Egads!! 1,100 pages???
