Lake Providence - Spring 2012 Market Report
Recently it was reported that Lake Providence by Del Webb was the second fasted growing neighborhood in middle Tennessee. This market report will certain confirm that sales are brisk there.
As Lake Providence goes into it's 5th year of building, more and more resale homes are coming on the market. In the second quarter of 2012 the following sales took place:
