Today on September 7th (almost 30 days later) the Buyer decided to make an offer on the house. Sadly the home is no longer available. This Sulphur LA home for sale went under contract on August 15th and is closing next week! This home located at 2214 Division in Sulphur LA was only on the market for 13 days!!
Another example of a Buyer waiting too late and missing out on a home that they loved. This is the second time this month this has happened to one of the Lake Charles Buyers I have been working with. After viewing many properties and finally finding the one you love, it can be disappointing news to hear that the home is no longer available.
