There are more homes to choose from than Worthington homes for sale in July when there was only 2.7 months of inventory. It's surprising with the low inventory that home prices have NOT increased more in Worthington. Average list price (active on the graph) was down 2.1% from August 2011 prices. Average sale price of a single family resale home in Worthington schools was down 1.8% from last year.
