Sale price as a percentage of list price: 99%
Average sale price: $325,149
Average Days on market: 74

Althought the average sale price is down roughly 5.5%, the price per foot is up 1%.  Price per foot is a better indicator of actual price shifts, as the average is dependent on different size homes selling in any one period.

Sale: 22
Average Price Per foot: $151.79 (almost 3% gain over July)
Sale price as a percentage of list price: 100%
Average sale price: $382,643
Average Days on market: 47

Condos and Townhomes:
Total sales : 13
Average Price Per foot: $162.27
Sale price as a percentage of list price: 99%
Average sale price: $227,850
Average Days on market:119

 

Condos affected the overall days on market significantly with August sales staying on market more than double July's sales.
