Clint...I average about 800 new visitors a day between my IDX and WP sites. Not all of that traffic can be attributed to my subdivision posts but my traffic was under 100 new visitors before I began blogging regularily. The types of posts that generate business for me do not get lots of attention on AR (i.e. followers, comments, gold stars) but they do make my phone ring.

Barbara...it is a nice community that is close to amenities too.

Thank you very much Steve...I know how much attention you give to your community posts so your comment means a lot to me.

I can certainly help both buyers and sellers in this market, Ginny.

Larry/Sheila...Hamilton Woods is a nice community that new buyers will appreciate.

Dorie...it is ideal for consumers who do not want to do much upkeep on their own.

Al/Peggy..it is a bit unique as we do not have many townhouse subdivisions in this area.
