MOVING NIGHTMARES!

By
Real Estate Agent with Zach Taylor Real Estate 213-638

Sometimes don't you wish you could just move everything in ONE giant step.  Well moving doesn't happen that way.

Moving takes plenty of planning, after the home is sold it's time to start packing.

But wait, maybe your home it NOT SOLD yet, do you go ahead and start packing?????  If you are serious about selling your home and have it priced realistically.  The answer is YES, YES, YES.

And, if you get that contract that needs immediate occupancy, Yup your able to take it, because you are already ahead of the game.

The movers can load your house then go to the storage bin and you are on your way.

HAPPY MOVING!

It is smart to at least pack up a lot of personal belongings before the home is even put on the market.

Yes yes yes.  A few years ago we decided to put our home on the market.  I immediately packed up everything in the dining room cabinets, did a little switching of light fixtures etc.

Oh, how I feel for anyone who is moving.  It is so much work.  I just overhauled my home, which was similar to moving since we ditch almost all the old furniture and have some amazing new furniture.  Well the purging of all we had was a very big task.  Yes moving is hell!

Moving can surely be a nightmare and even the best of moves is stressful.  I keep putting off having the walls repainted (which they really need) and replacing 2 bedroom carpeting with laminate flooring simply because the nightmare and stress of dismantling/moving everything including my home office and all that entails.  I'd love it when completed, but of vey, getting to completed.

Indeed, pack up and store all you can in preperation of moving to a new location.

Thank you Doris for the comment to our post and you're absolutely right! Sometimes, whatever "happens" in a day makes it one of the best days ever!

Moving is always a nightmare, even under the best of circumstances.  Always best to get going as quick as you can, for a myriad of reasons!
