Low-priced carpet cleaning companies may use the cheapest and harshest products they can get their hands on.
   
   
8. What can you tell me about your guarantee?  You need to know what their policies are in case you are unhappy with their service.  They need to have clear, concise service guarantees.
   
   
9. May I see testimonials, reviews, or references? A company that is unwilling to share testimonials, reviews, and references, may not do quality work. Happy customers willing leave behind a good word for future ones.
