Average Dublin for sale price- $464,000
Average Dublin sale price -  $325,000

The average sale price of a home in Dublin schools was down 12.9% from last year when the average sale price was $373,000.  Oddly the August 2012 Dublin median sale price was down 18.3% from August 2011.  Price per square foot was down slightly too. August 2012 home sales in Dublin were up 38.2% from last year. 
months of inventory is down 58.7%.  Sale prices should have gone up.
