NEW! Retaining Search Criteria Feature

By
Services for Real Estate Pros

WolfNet is pleased to announce the launch of the Retaining Search Criteria feature.  Our customers have asked, and we’ve delivered!  Consumers can now switch between primary (active, foreclosure, sold and open) and secondary search types (county/city, address/zip, etc…) and search modes (form and map) without losing the search criteria they have entered!

This enhancement is not only a great value add for our customers and their consumers, it’s a huge timesaver!  Consumers want to get to properties fast, and this feature is going to help them do that.  In previous iterations of the WolfNet property search, when a consumer selected search criteria and then elected to transition to another primary search type (Active Listings, Open Houses, etc), secondary search type (County/City, Address/Zip, etc), or search mode (form or map search), the consumer was required to re-enter any desired search criteria.  No longer.

A consumer can select search criteria and move freely between the various search features and not have to worry about losing any selections that have been made.  Enter a desired geographic area, property types, price range, lifestyle criteria, and then decide to search Open Houses, that criteria is still going to be there.  Consumers can spend more time looking at properties and less time manipulating the search form to get to those properties!

If at any time a consumer decides he wants a fresh start, simply select the New Search or Reset button to begin again.

You can check out this new feature NOW on your own WolfNet Property Search!  For a video demonstration of this functionality, CLICK HERE.
