Twin Cities Area... Housing Inventory - LOW LOW LOW

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Premier Realty MN 20549720

St. Pau Area Association of Realtors research stats came out recently. The average sales price in the Twin Cities Region has INCREASED by 10.7% - good news, right?

That may have a lot to do with the fact that, in the same group of stats, the Twin Cities Region housing inventory is DOWN by 30.9% from last year!

When are all these foreclosures sitting in limbo going to finally start coming on the market?

Seems like inventory is down all over the US, we are experiencing the same thing in Colorado Springs and Denver.

Best of luck in your market!
