Bare land for sale is plentiful in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. In fact, you could say there is a bumper crop! One of the problems with our high inventory and high days (years?) on market for some spectacular parcels of bare land is that lenders are not enthusiastic about lending on it. The past few years saw many a builder go bust while their lenders ended up with their inventory of lots and bare land on their hands and on their books.
Although the lending rules are tight, there are several lenders who ARE making loans on bare land. Call me if you would like the short list. And because underwriting rules are so tight, and bare land is plentiful, there are spectacular opportunities available for those with the ability to purchase. You'll find entire, platted future subdivisions to individual building lots to country acreages. There is something for everyone!
I can't imagine that you will EVER be able to get a better deal on
bare land in north Idaho than what is available now. It is a BUYERS market with a capital B.
